Just finished mounting some of my insects, and well, all my moths and butterflies are screwed. (their wings wouldn't open. :'( so sad ) i somehow managed to the abdomen of my bee ripped off. *shivers. now i have to catch one tomorrow. (hopefully Allan will help me). i still need a grasshopper/cricket, silverfish, termite and flea. i am so screwed. (and there is nothing i can do about it if i can't find one or trade one. ) stupid insect project. (wow, don't i say that about every project i do which is screwed?) lolol. and i had little foam pieces all scattered over the floor. it was kinda funny when i was cutting the foam for the box...
10 mins later...
Went under the house and to a nearby tree stump to look for termites. There weren't any. lol. if there were, my house would be in big trouble. but anyways. hopefully my insect project collection won't lose too many marks.
