boarded the bus, sat with karina and had an awesome time on the trip there talking, singing, laughing, playing mao and other games (note; not card games) and just having a good time with the sweet dozen (though im not quite sure what the name ended up being), and that was pretty much karina, tanya, donna, mich x, richard t, clement, kevin s, daniel and a few more which i can't remember D: its funny how there was someone on every bus who sang friday, baby and a few other songs, and how the front of my bus was louder on the first day. though some of us migrated and the back of the bus was louder on the second. ;)
crammed so much information into my brain throughout the two days, visited around 8 places. i found some of it quite interesting. i actually really liked the film and sound archives. it was different, which made it better than all the political places we visited. Though i must say the High court was pretty impressive :) documented through photos, took pretty much no notes what so ever.
first day we were all pretty high, but second day people started falling asleep, until it was the end of the bus trip. then we went high :P the bus driver wouldn't turn the lights on. :( and he was pretty cranky with us being noisy. he even went to the point of pulling over because we wouldn't shut up on the first night when we were going back to the lodges. my room kept being busted by burgess cos we were talking.. but i swear we weren't even that loud.. o.O but it meant that any talking couldn't be done :( but i guess i made up for this on friday, talked heaps and actually learnt a lot about the people on my bus. truth is, im pretty happy that i ended up choosing this bus, there were so many more people to talk to and be high with ^^ bwahahaha. though i did spend some time on my phone talking to people on bus 1 ;P
ok just some thoughts from camp;
1. it seems like you keep refusing to believe me when i tell you that youre a really nice and modest person haha. its true, believe me :) im glad i got to know you over these two days, you've also made me calm down and remember not to say things that i shouldn't (like at ais, sorry :/) you've made me realise how easy something little can cause something big, and you've made me see that its easy to lose a friend if your not careful. youre different, and im glad you are :D
2. i realised yesterday you remind me of one of my family friends LOL. no idea why, but other than that, you're awesome and a fun person to be around. thanks for keeping me entertained whilst i was so bored cos i was stuck between two card games >< though you were too haha. glad we could catch up after not talking for a long time! the raptor helicopter ;) hahaha
3. stay strong, and what karina and i said is true, believe it :) don't feel so bad, its not your fault.
thank you rusefourteen for these wonderful 37 hours! i think this camp has been really beneficial for all of us (not just academically), its made me realize many things and i've learnt quite a bit :) no words can say how much you guys have made it wonderful, i wish i was still on camp. :( its always nice to have a change of scenery and forget about everything else at home. :)
