got up bright and early (not so bright actually) for scb tour and discovered i forgot to bring a stand when i got to school, which wasn't very smart of me. good thing that kwine brought one! :) got on the bus, had the long trip to our first gig. took 5 hours to get there. ravi lost his clarinet haha but we found it the next day :) we went bowling and had dinner somewhere in between, then the dark, scary ;) trip to orange scout camp for accommodation. we get there, and the yr 9 girls get put in the dining hall and we spent about an hr putting up stretches? something like that. it wasn't that bad there, it was actually quite nice cos we had this massive heater, several taps, the fridge (which we didn't raid till the second night shush ;D) and lots of space 8) jess and kwynne went crazy doing kpop dances and i slept at 2 ish x)
got up super early the next day >.> our room got invaded by everyone at breakfast :( headed off for another two performances, didn't get lunch till really late again (this happened all three days) chilled in canowindra at a park with karen, kwynne, kevin d, george h, roddy and jackson :) it reminds me of one of those really old towns that are dusty and really small. i don't think i've ever stopped at one of these towns before. good experience :) then went back to orange, went out for dinner, and then came back for the TALENT QUEST! that started at 9 and finished at 11 :L go flutes! you guys were awesome in our skit about mashup of dodgy princesses dying, screwed up fairytales and weird princes. as well as many harry potter references. voldermorte! and rapunzel with the beard 8) can't believe we didn't win D: then we got told a story about someone escaping from jail D: which wasn't true in the end ><
people vacated our room at around 11, so by the time everyone showered and got settled, it was at least 12. brendan came over at some time and played cards with some of the other girls till the early morning. LOL dw nothing happened :) talked with ange and karen until three ish, got super worried about karen when she didn't come back after 10 mins when the went to the bathroom. There's so much stuff that other people don't realise about until someone actually tells them. i haven't really thought about much of what was discussed this night.
woke up, packed, at brekkie, dissembled the stretches and reset the room. went to first gig, then visited the fish museum (which wasn't that interesting..) played big two with guys, and got kicked off the main bus after cowra. had a good time talking to the girls about relationships and other people. talked to donna about uhm, various subjects haha :) got back to school half and hr after the other bus, and after we all woke up, the best fun was passing all the bags down cos we basically half dropped, half threw all the sleeping bags haha 8)
thanks scb people! had an amazing time and i will never forget the pegging incident and that call that was made ;)
